Screen mesh and frame dust cannot be removed by the water pass used when wiping glass and need to be taken down and handled separately. This add-on item is for residents who have already booked balcony glass washing and add screen removal, two-side mesh rinsing, frame wiping and refitting within the existing visit window. The quote is calculated by screen count, reference price range: single screen washing is about EUR 8-15, and three or more screens are counted cumulatively. The custom method is to tick the screen add-on at the glass washing quote confirmation stage, the provider includes the screen fee in the total quote, and the deposit and balance are executed according to the merged total. A screen-only booking is not accepted separately because screen handling needs to be completed in the same route as frame track clearing to ensure the fitted state after refitting. If the screen has mesh damage or frame deformation, the provider informs the resident during removal but does not include repair in the washing scope.
