The top handrail or metal pressure strip of glass railing is a frequently touched area, and its surface state together with railing glass condition forms the overall impression of the balcony enclosure. This add-on item wipes the upper surface, side surfaces and connection points of the handrail or pressure strip within the same route as railing glass washing, removing fingerprints, dust and light marks left after rain dries. The quote is calculated by railing linear meters or handrail sections, reference price range: handrail synchronized wiping for a single balcony is about EUR 10-25, priced together with railing glass washing. The custom option is that the resident can tick it when booking railing washing, or decide after assessment whether to add it. Deposit and balance follow the main item flow and no separate payment point is set. The work scope is limited to visible reachable surfaces of the handrail or pressure strip, and no judgment or maintenance suggestion is made about the material itself.
