This package addresses this structure and covers both sides of fixed pane glass, frame surfaces around the pane, visible areas of seal strips, and dust removal from reachable outer sill surfaces. The quote is calculated by fixed pane count and single pane area; if the same balcony also has fixed panes and openable panes, the openable panes can be merged into the same booking during communication, and a merged quote is usually lower than two separate bookings. Reference price range: a balcony with three to five fixed panes is about EUR 55-110. The custom flow allows the resident to upload balcony photos or briefly describe current glass and frame condition, the provider gives an initial range from this, and the final price is confirmed after an on-site assessment. The deposit is collected after the slot is locked, and the balance is settled at acceptance.
