The seal strip between the frame and glass is a hidden dust position: after the glass surface is washed, dust in the strip groove can still fall when the window is opened or closed. This add-on package brushes and wipes the visible surface and groove of the seal strip within the same visit window as glass washing, so the visual tidiness around the frame stays consistent with the glass surface. The quote is calculated by window pane count, reference price range: seal strip wiping per window is about EUR 3-7, and when merged with glass washing it is usually listed as a supplementary item in the total. The custom stage allows the resident to choose whether to add this item for all panes or only for balcony windows facing the main activity area. The deposit is collected on the merged total, and the balance is paid after overall acceptance including the seal strip. This item does not involve judging or replacing strip material condition and only handles the visible surface range, with the work boundary stated in the confirmation sheet.
