For ground-floor or low-floor living units where the outer side of balcony glass can be reached directly from the ground or from the balcony plane, this package follows the principle of doing all reachable surfaces and does not reduce outer side work to partial wiping. Covered content includes both glass sides where the outer side is within reach, frame surroundings, bottom track, and dust removal from the inner balcony sill. The quote is calculated from glass pane count and the work difficulty of reachable surfaces, reference price range: reachable surface washing for low-floor balconies is about EUR 55?C110. During custom communication, the resident needs to state honestly whether there are obstacles on the outer side such as flower boxes, guardrails or external units, and the provider judges the work route and time from this. If many obstacles limit the reachable surfaces, the quote range is adjusted accordingly and clearly stated before confirmation. The deposit is paid after the slot is confirmed, and the balance is settled after the work is completed and checked together, with no item added in the middle that was not listed in the quote.
